About me!

I always want to make a difference in the lives of those who I love and those I may not know. There is always room in our hearts for love, compassion and selflessness, and these are the traits I always strive to express to everybody I meet. I am excited to be going to College now and am going to major as a Medical Lab Specialist and then go on to Pharmacy School.

Everyday is a gift to be cherished!

Daily Inspiration

Another thing I am grateful for is life itself. All the ups and downs, the people you learn from and the experiences that give us the bittersweet gift of wisdom. Wisdom stems from experience whether through trials of sorrow, joy or frustration.  We only can say we are alive once we have lived through the pain, through the joy, through the sickness, the losses of those we love and the addition of wonderful new experiences and people into our lives. We are only alive once we have lived...its just a way I look at life.
We all have our trials and we also have those moments that define who we are and are burned into our memory: with the joys, or all too often the pain and consequences of something that may be beyond our control. It is not something to wish away, even though I am guilty of that myself. But I have learned beyond a doubt that these experiences are part of a bigger plan. They will test who we are, what we stand for and our endurance.  It feels easy to give up sometimes, but we need these life lessons to teach us how to be our best self. How to endure. How to cry. How to have happiness in our life.  We learn how to better appreciate all we have once we have reached the end of a particular journey that may be full of trials and rocky patches; but once we look back at what we made it through, it is one of the greatest feelings to be able to say to yourself 'I am strong. Look what I have achieved and survived.'
I always want those who have helped me in my life to know I appreciate them and that I need help sometimes, we all do at times, and I am grateful for the wisdom of others who have been kind enough to share it with me and helped me to grow.
